There are micro cultures within the organization and if you are aligned with one of those it is a very pleasant place to work. You feel respected, included and valued. As we have reorganized and been moved to new leadership we have lost that.
My past division team was truly a team. They communicated, support each other and wanted everyone to be successful in their role. Most importantly, it was never about them being better than someone, it was about how we all could assist the facilities and make them better.
We have corporate leadership that does not respect or value the employees they have. For example, they take credit for individuals work. There is a lack of communication on major projects and theme of disrespect. Ardent has the ability to be a great culture, which I experienced with division leaders
