there is no role clarity, few time I feel I cannot aspire to another position in company, in mexico we have poor vacation period and systems fails too much

It was a very nice beginning, I received a lot information and was educated to help my team mates but eventually I haven't received not even a pay increase or a certification not even guidance about I can do to professionally grow, So it became overwhelming because is not clear if i am enough prepar
