Conduent is very much like a $4B startup. It has a long history in many markets but has had challenges in the past that took a toll on the company. New leadership is working hard to turn things around and fix what wasn't working. It's not perfect but we are making progress and all working together.

It is a very collaborative environment. We have many challenges and imperfections like every company, but we all recognize this and we're working together to solve the problems.

There are a lot of opportunities to contribute and make things better. Ideas are welcomed and people tend to work towards the same goals. They are reasonable and understanding.
