Overall, I've been very happy to be a member of the Consilio family. No company is perfect, and neither are we, but the team here works really hard to be better every day. It's a great place to enter as a graduate with no experience or as someone who comes in with a lot experience.

I LOVE the 50% 401K match. You hardly ever see that anymore. And our HR and Employee Happiness teams are always looking for ways to give us more. They do a great job.

I get to solve my client's problems every day. I get to be the hero nearly every day. It's tremendously satisfying to be able to work so closely with our clients and see the positive results year over years.

It's never 100%, right? But I really trust and respect most of my co-workers. We have really smart, creative people and our service delivery is fantastic. Consilio is a great place to build your career. Our reputation is top notch and you can go anywhere from here.

Leadership has their eyes on the future success of our company. I never worry about whether or not we are falling behind our competitors -- they work to keep us in the #1 position. We will soon be the biggest as well as the best in our industry. And we'll stay #1 -- we aren't second fiddle.
