I've been very fortunate to have been provided opportunities to advance in my time here. I've had to work hard, and seek out these opportunities, but in doing so I've learned a tremendous amount about leadership and the business itself. Consilio is a place where you can excel and innovate.

Compensation is a tricky thing, but many key people are underpaid, often from legacy companies, and there does not appear to be a comprehensive effort to rectify that.

My job/role, leading my teams, making sure that every staff member gets an opportunity to shine and be recognized for their hard work and efforts in a meaningful way.

It's extremely clear that they care for the well being of employees. The ELT are not shy about soliciting input, and have been remarkably open to ideas floating up from below.

The executive team, and the CEO specifically genuinely care about every employee. They continually demonstrate this by their actions and policies that are put in place. I've never worked anywhere this was true to this degree.

Our Executive team really does put the employees first in every way that they can. From health and safety, to supporting DEI initiatives, there is a great deal of weight that the ELT puts on employee feedback, and tries very hard to communicate that out, in addition to managing the companys goals
