The work is challenging and I like most of the people I work with. Leadership is often transparent. We are not as agile as executive leadership believes, and this creates intense pressure trying to meet unrealistic expectations.

Days can be intense, long, and frustrating. System changes take a long time, but at least they are trying to make them. Leadership has been good to me and gone out of their way to make this job work for me. Even though I often don't like my day to day work, I still think this is a good company.

The company expectation is that employees work hard, focus on client satisfaction & productivity, and think outside of the box. Management is transparent about the expectations and generally provides resources for that to happen. Opportunities for fun/getting to know one another are also available.
