the trust that is installed in knowing that you will get your job done without micromanagement, there are plenty of programs available if you want to participate, but nothing is forced. It is evident that the company does try and cares about its employees.
I would prefer a higher base and less in terms of yearly bonus opportunity. If the yearly bonus is acheived, all is good, but it shouldn't really be considered part of your salary because it is not guaranteed. It is either achieve your target by 90% or nothing.
The reality is i have no idea with how i compare with my peers as there is not any salary ranges provided. I understand that this could be tricky based on all the acquisitions, but you are just left wondering . My compensation can/will be favorable if all requirements are met will my bonus structu
