I really enjoy my job and my company. The biggest disappointment is my compensation--especially after working so hard in 2023 an taking on extra work and still not receiving a bonus. The terms to achieve a bonus are demotivating.

My base pay seems too low compared to the industry and my experience and quality of work. The bonus portion of my compensation brings my overall compensation to an industry standard. However, the structure of attainment is discouraging since I worked so hard all of 2023 and didn't make bonus.
