The regionals and district managers have to work together closely to get anything done

Coworkers are not the issue. they work how they are trained. The issue is that they are not trained by someone that knows what they're doing, most of the time. They could be trained by someone that started a month before them. Newbies could be set up with reps that have had complaints against them.

First of all, the dms should not just hire anyone that passes a background check. You get people that have no idea what they are doing. They cant take care of their personal hygiene let alone their assignments in a store.
