There are currently alot of inefficiencies in the company with quoting deals, what resources to use for which product, constant changes in leadership and restructuring, etc. It's hard to get momentum with that environment.

There is a serious need for integrating the solutions we have. The process internally is very inefficient from quoting to messaging around solutions and who to go to for what. It feels currently like there are multiple companies within one.
