Overworked and under paid. No incentive to try or take pride in what you do due to lack of accountability. The company refuses to write up anyone for fear of them quiting forcing good workers to leave for better jobs.

Better managment and focus on company talent cultivating. Ive seen talented people come in only to be over worked and underpaid for short term gains over long term growth

Focus more on the employee happiness and good customer relations will follow. The company should be confident in the training it has provided and back up its employees when a customer brings up an issue rather then throwing them under a bus

Listening to its workers and making them feel appreciated. Was told the company did not have time to look at giving me a pay raise and to "not chase money" while in the same day asking me to work 60 plus hours to fix problems that id already fixed multiple times only for it be destoryed again

Workes are paid the same regardless of work ethic or skill, you could not rotate put all of your stock in the wrong place and disappear for hours on end and be paid the same as someone else doing everything they can to do the job right and fix your stuff and sleep soundly knowing they wont fire you
