Understanding the hardships of the job. If they did a shift like mine they would understand why things are the way they are.
Management won't listen to needs/concerns/why job can't get done, but get mad when the job isn't done/is done but not to the highest standard.
Inspirational, supportive, comedic relief, helpful, they listen intently, will share everything with the team whether it's good or bad, the best team that I have ever had the pleasure of working with and hope that I can work with another team like them.
Decorating cakes/cupcakes. That's the whole reason I applied for the job. 1 year I've been working and hoping to do cakes and only recently have been given the opportunity to do them. Working with my team also makes me the most happy. But the new manager is making the department a complete mess
