My experience at the company was great in the beginning, 4 months, and two front end manager swaps later and I am currently one of the oldest front end associates, I have not even worked for a year yet.

The only thing positive about the culture and environment is the 2 hours during one day a week that two managers that actually want to work with associates work

As stated before I feel like we are being taken advantage of and there is no real way to know for ourselves. If we ask the manager we suspect of doing the wrong if we can have confirmation, then we can easily get misdirected.

I feel that they make up rules and regulations as they go along and they have all these policies but there is no union to help the associate. This creates a very one-sided relationship with managers giving demanding a lot out of the associate without them really knowing if this is in guidelines.
