How do you fix a place that just wants to look good on paper
GE wants to use your demographics to brag about diversity after they hire you then set back and watch managers sons and hand picked individuals succeed instead of you.
Read the low reviews their is a reason people leave them this place is lacking in real leadership. Nobody is held accountable in leadership and nepotism is horrible amongst the ranks.
Create a system to address problems obviously the ones in place don’t work. Ombudsman releases all your info to managers after reporting issues and it gets spread across shop floor.and people retaliate and blackball. The place is so toxic everyone hates everyon
I filled out a resume and selected I was disabled interviewed then got ghosted. Never heard bad job was taken off the board and reposted a month later. Whats going oh with that should I apply again or chaulk this up as discrimination.
