The fact that the base compensation remains the same despite my changing location.

Working from home, tackling different unknown challenges each day, racing to meet deadlines, learning - always learning.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The option to work remote, the ability to interact via video or not (if having a rough day), the camaraderie that comes with everyone working remotely and in different locations, the respect and the caring coworkers give. I wouldn't say it's a zero a-hole environment but it's close.
