My overall experience at this company thus far has been greater than expected. My team makes me feel valuable, the leaderships tries their best to make everything work and it really shows. I enjoy seen how different departments collaborate together and give each other recognition, a small recognition goes a long way, it also shows how alive the company is. As well as the feedback that I receive, is always great, it shows that the team/company cares and it helps me grow.
