Overall, it's a great place to work. Job security is never there regardless of where you work. Companies in general don't care enough about their employees. It's a sad situation overall, but I feel like RFPIO does a decent enough job making you feel welcome.

I really enjoy being able to work remotely, but still having events to go to mingle with coworkers sometimes.
