Cracker Barrel: Caring about the people in the field
Subway: Looking after all of its emolyees
General Dynamics: 13 years into the company and you face glass ceilings. Either find another company and leave, or find another department in GDIT to recognize your worth.
Cracker Barrel: In the past, the company had a strong culture where the people in the field were compensated well and there was better support from the corporate office.
Cracker Barrel: CEO is one of the top paid in the industry but has recently taken away about 75% of the bonus from operators in the field. The CEO and her leadership team no longer care about the people that are actually making this company successful.
TEKsystems: Working at TEK is full of ups & downs & daily challenges but it's not boring. The hardest part is managing a lot of processes that you can't control. Overal, I like working here. It was really difficult, at first, but has become easier & more fun with experience.

BJ's Wholesale Club: Most of our managers come from Target. There is a disconnect with the difference between a regular retail store and a Warehouse. On midnights we sometimes only have 2 people. We have no one in receiving. So the zone leads have to take care of everything. Then the mgmt comes in and is complaining.
Tiffany & Co: I had a very rude reception in your Portland Oregon store where they stated the ring I bought in 1963 at your 5th Avenue store was not Tiffany's design and that the diamonds were not real! Needless to say, I will not be buying another item from Tiffany's.
