RingCentral: While it is a huge, glaring red flag how quickly leaders are let go and replaced and how quickly organizational changes are applied, one might view it as an opportunity to become more forward-looking, agile, resilient, and prone to anticipating changes. First Merchants: There are ups and downs all the time, but at this time mostly down. Corporate has recently created an environment that makes me feel very unsure about my future within the company. They make decisions then the employees have to live with the back lash and they don't seem to care.
RX: Working at RX may be very different depending on the BU you work at. Working at International division (ISG) is definetely an exciting experience, full of challenges, ambitious targets and diverse and inclusive environment.
First Merchants: Overall culture in Michigan market isn't aligned the same with the other markets. Support staff isn't focused on customer and servicing the RMs. There is a lot of hand holding on day to day tasks for individuals that have been with the bank for a while. WFH needs to be scaled back to 1 day a week.
RX: I feel underpaid and I have had no opportunity for career advancement in the past 2.5 years because there hasn't been an open role to move into. I have been applying for other jobs, but the job market is rough right now. I'm likely to leave for a role with better pay and upward mobility.

RX: Rx Group is not considering local market situation when they put unfair pressure on its organization. And we are not receiving any meaningful tool & advise from central to contribute to the evolution of our market attractiveness.
