Motive: I am a newer employee that has been in many startups and this is well organized, thoughtful, and successful.
Ecolab: The company offers a nice upfront training program for new employees. However the day it ends they are tossed to wolves under a management team who has never done their job and cannot provide further field training. This creates a huge knowledge gap in the field that propagates into compounded issue

The Breakers Palm Beach: I have worked here for a little over a year in total and I love it. Coming from Disney, I was shocked to see how friendly and caring everyone in at such a luxury high end resort. I truly feel like this is a second home to me.
Cafe Rio Mexican Grill: Held to unrealistic standards. Work/life balance is non-existent. If I take a day off, then I have to make up the work the following day. I hate working for Cafe Rio and am going to look for a different job.

Cafe Rio Mexican Grill: Cafe Rio has a lot of quality employees but is mostly directed by a small number of people with habits that probably work for small chains, but struggle at it's current mid-tier size. Being compensated fairly based personal favorites isn't new in the corporate world, but disappointing nonetheless.
Barracuda Networks: Overall, I am satisfied with my job here. There have been recent changes in procedures that have made it harder to advance in my career path. Management has acknowledged these changes but has not made a meaningful effort to find a solution.

Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen: Days scheduled for work, I am sent home because of NO chicken to season. Then I am told to sweep Parking lot i, break up boxes outside in 9 degree weather. I am a 75 yrs old man. The younger people are not told to do this. If no chicken; they sit and get paid.

Barracuda Networks: Great coworkers and office enviro.; hybrid is very convenient; the work itself is easy enough, but not very transferable; raises are slow even if you manage the arbitrary goals set for you, but I guess it's good that the goals/promotion criteria are clear, at least; feels like concerns are ignored

This is due to the queue changes that they just tell us to "Deal with it" New hires and low tiers are down 80% on numbers and are now struggling while High tiers are Overworked.
Qualfon: It has been a very good experience; I have been provided growth opportunities.
Kane County Hospital: I love working at KCH! The culture here is improving so much that I am excited to see how far we can go! There are times when I get discouraged because I worry there is still way too much work to be done, but I am here for it and I want to see how exceptional we can be.

So then I had to do another application .I just want my pay.

Qualfon: I have been with Qualfon for over 8 years, and I hope to be here longer. Not only has my direct managers helped me grow with the company but they also make sure that I am taking care of myself as a person not just an employee.
Instacart: It's a good company and it used to be very employee friendly. Now they're tightening everywhere they can without obvious reasons for it and without a clear benefit, so the culture has changed significantly. Looking from outside these may be small, but internally people feel they're becoming numbers.

Qualfon: As a BPO, cost savings are prioritized over many other factors. The workload is well-balanced, and employees are not typically required to work longer hours to complete tasks. Upper management is accessible and receptive to feedback, and colleagues are appreciative and supportive of one another.

The opportunities I was given to learn at the begining of my career and I hope I will have more opportunities for advancement and possibly my children carrying on my legacy with this organization.
