Barracuda Networks: A former, well established company now under the horrible structure that is private equity. The product feels stale, the upside feels minimal and only the PE owners may gain anything. I would do anything to ensure my future kids (if I can even afford them) don't have to suffer my same fate.

Motive: I have greatly enjoyed my long tenure at Motive -- the main issue I have is YoY volatility with changes in the sales org. It is difficult to find pipeline consistency, and it feels like new reps are given preferential treatment vs tenured reps.

Service Express: It surprised me by being such a people-first company. This is true both to customers and employees. I came from a non-corporate role prior to this and was leery of the private sector. I am lucky to have landed here and both my teammates and my leaders want the best for me.
