
There is real effort made to get good work done
WFH prioritization. It should attract better talent long term. Everyone below executives has a flat hierarchy feel.
Base salary feels a bit above average, and WFH is something I find highly valuable about a compensation plan.
Receptive to feedback, they to be transparent and they seem to actively care about the humanity of the employee base
Nothing the company can do, its the way the world has moved - layoffs, scarcity, consolidated power - and all these things happen at a micro level at our org. Ive more accepted this as "the way things just are" and its enough.
