RingCentral: The only thing that I think need change is the system for SL and VL filing. As out VL is not convertible to cash and actually expire when not used. As much as we want to file for VL, there are limitation due to policy. I hope this will be looked again as we are not able to get the full benefits.

Smartsheet: Smartsheet is a great company, Sales organizations seem to be a very challenging but rewarding part of the business. I wish I could say the same about the collaboration across teams. These constant lack of proactivity and slow actioning has blocked huge wins during a fiscal quarter.

RingCentral: It promised growth and stability. It was good at the beginning but the changes happening every month is not replicating what was promised. Change is constant and that is okay, but if the change is making you feel fear, you won't feel motivated.

Smartsheet: Overall I've had a positive experience with the company. I've had the ability to move around the company into new roles that meet my interest and have worked with many great people across the company along the way. But more support from people managers for promotions is needed to keep me here.
Motive: I was attracted to Motive through referrals. I've been blown away by the number of amazing professionals who "boomeranged" back to Motive after going somewhere else and realizing how great it is here... and it is! I'm challenged, I'm rewarded, and I'm engaged.

RingCentral: It is good to be with RingCentral. However the stations are way too little comparing to the number of agents hired in the company. I wish there is also a proper documentation of the RTO policies and how they are being counted in the system.
UPS: Do not intercept legitimate packages and then lose them!
RingCentral: It's entirely how the company manage their employees, and give importance and acknowledge for every hardwork.

Vitacost: They do not post expiration dates of (refrigerated) supplements sold online and customer support agents do not have access to this information, nor can they discover this information, as they are prevented from contacting the warehouses, from which these items are shipped! IHerb, however, DOES!
Motive: As GTM recruiters in PK, we're offered the same compensation no matter what your attainment (no. of hires). There should be a bonus/allowance when you exceed your monthly target.

The company continues to downsize and off-shore jobs and does not look at the quality of the person or the replacement when transitions

Aramark: The company pays well but alot of things they do are unethical and they lack integrity
Brookshire Grocery Company: My experience was that of waste of time and efforts I can't get back. I went above and beyond to never get the recognition I deserved. I was more of a target to get set up to get fired. The customers were the only ones that kept me going and made it enjoyable as I always interacted and helped them.
