It is good to be with RingCentral. However the stations are way too little comparing to the number of agents hired in the company. I wish there is also a proper documentation of the RTO policies and how they are being counted in the system.

Probably the basic pay because it is one of the biggest contributor of what i get every pay out.

The booking of station is worse - it lets people book without proper communication of assigned department, it is time-consuming, waste of effort if you book a certain station that unknowingly is only designated to a specific department.
