Many Top Store leaders have been with the company for a very long time and are not adapting to the changes quickly enough. Some of the Top Store Leaders GM's call themselves OG's so they need to adapt.

SCL Health: Too much work, not enough analysts to do it. No IT governance, Executives get their pet projects pushed to front of the line. Leaders develop insane deadlines that are not possible without burning out staff and delivering a sub-par outcome.
Zearn: The communication was confusing and redundant. They have no idea what other departments are doing.
Lancer Worldwide: I have worked for Lancer for 9 years, and i have advanced from Sheet Metal Operator to Marketing Manager. They have given me so many opportunities to follow my career path. I appreciate everything the have done for me and my family.
Dillard's: Sir i worked for dillards 14 months with all my heart but unfortunately my work permit expired and it didnt came on expected time i send my resignation letter to my dillards that i cant drive i live far becoz my driving lisence was linked with my work permit they put me in block list.

Then when asplundh is asked for a raise from its employees to just try to keep up with the cost of living they respond back with how replaceable the workers are

Paycom: So far, I've been pretty happy here. The only worry's I have are the occasional rush orders or the typical corporate things that don't make a whole lot of sense. However, I like the people I work with. My TL is really caring and is always checking on everyone's mental health. This is a good place.
BJ's Restaurants: Hard work - often with great people that make it easier - for essentially minimum wage.

Griswold Home Care: I really enjoy this company and atmosphere. Overall experience has been wonderful. The staff here are amazing and lets not forget the office mascot.(Owners dog). I was paired with a client that is suitable to my health needs, so that means alot to me.

Kroger: They are expanding all the departments for more sales which is fine but without more pay to handle the extra workload department heads are getting burnt out .The extra product coming in on truck are beyond what staff can handle .the warehouse is over bought so we get everything sent to our store
Vonage: Onboarding was massive information overload. The people were very helpful, but the experience was disoraganised.
Legends Hospitality: Zero integrity and accountability With the folks in human resources. Truly remarkable how these folks just cover for one another and disregard their own policies. A cautionary tale for anyone considering a career in HR with this company

Even when the health dept arrived I spoke to them until she showed up and then i was made to feel I incompetent.

Barrett Firearms Mfg, Inc: Mostly Barrett is an awesome place to be employed. However the compensation truly needs to be closer to the average for Middle Tennessee for ALL positions throughout the company.
Speedway: I was hired for a general manager. After four weeks of training I quit. I was a week late getting my first paycheck.Then had to call to get my second paycheck. My territory manager megan did not put my hours in either time. This company is a joke.I would never tell anyone to work for them.
Dillard's: The Ladies in the men's department do an excellent job, work extremely hard despite being understaffed Mrs. Ann Ray in ladies hes gone the more than the "extra mile" to assist my wife and me on several occasions. Patient, professional, knows the department, caring.
