I worked the second shift. There was a lot of playing around on that shift people talking about people. It was just very unprofessional.

Majority of leaders at sentara are aggressive and don’t work well with others. Teamwork is a foreign concept her

Having an understanding that it takes at least a year to acclaimate to the culture and to ascertam who is who in the organization.

Once again - this company just doesn't know how to communicate. I think communication classes for everyone - but especially leadership - would be great.

Coworkers are depressed and morale is low. Many on FMLA, a few resigning. Most are like robots.
