Being consistant with store policies and actually following store policies, treating all employees fairly, standing up for emplyees when clients treat employees abusively

Im required to do an enormous amount of work for while only getting paid minimum wage (for the county I work in). It would be appreciable if wages went up, or beauty advisors could make commision.
