The start was wonderful. I was able to work multiple positions and gain knowledge of how things work from different points of view. I appreciated having that opportunity. However, since then the management team has declined and they look stressed and uncapable of doing a good job.

Having an actual open door policy with managers who are willing to listen and understand instead of mansplaning why the companies needs are above the wellbeing of their "playmakers". You can't provide excellent service if the workers are underpaid and over-worked.
