Company values are not really being upheld anymore inside the company. They just care about profits
Everyone's just exhausted, undervalued & underpaid to even think about working at the best interest of the company
Other entry levels are kind, most get along together. It's the barrier & discrimination between different position levels that's disgusting
People management, coordination among themselves, communication especially with entry level employees. Their overall view, as in, they're very profit- and cost-cutting-oriented.
