Every day we work to make the world a little better. It’s been our goal – and part of our business – for over a hundred years. We’re on a global mission to do good. To make our environmental footprint smaller, to better support our employees and partners, and to help local communities thrive. And when you scrub, brush, lick or slurp one of our products, you help do some good by supporting one of our many causes. Then, imagine millions of people across the globe licking, slurping, brushing and scrubbing. That good adds up, making a pretty big impact! What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Attitude & Behaviour needs to be changed how they treat people. No job threats must be allowed. We should be working six days a week. We should be able to travel back to our homes every week to see parents & family. Relocations must be compensated financially. Where's our LY bonus?

Review from Sales Dept

To foster inclusive culture in LT

Training is number 1 aspect leadership fails at. I get stuck training people on the regular and I don't like it. I don't get any sort of compensation for training people nor do I even like training people. I don't like the fact people who under perform or simply do not care have no accountability

Training new workers properly needs to be assessed

Understand the job and there teams needs to do the job

being actual leaders to their staff

Communication internally is awful and hiring people into manager level jobs has been poor as typically they dont have the experience or skillset needed. The leadership has a track record of making decisions they then reverse, causing confusion amongst staff below them.

Review from Marketing Dept

Needs to learn how to be a leader

People management, coordination among themselves, communication especially with entry level employees. Their overall view, as in, they're very profit- and cost-cutting-oriented.

Review from Operations Dept

Try to Avoid targeting specific people

Better at working together as a team, rather than against each other.

I think leadership team is overall better than other companies team

They are greedy and only care about money

they need initiative and good presence of mind
