What did you like most about the interview process? For early careers it take time
What did you like most about the interview process? The impression is that it's a 'FIXED MATCH' as 90% of the appointments and promotions are made on the basis of favortism or the paper profile without assessing the real capabilities of the individuals. Director sales acts like a king whereas GM acts like a prince, role of HR is limited.
What makes you most happy at work? There were very few happy moments during my 10 years stay here, i can't recall any significant time, its more depressing to think a decade wasted in the hope of happy moments that never came. I think this is the only reason 70% of the ICE CREAM Sales staff is job hunting but can't move due to econo
What would you most like to see improved at your company?Culture, Attitude towards employees, work life balance - Need to do a lot
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Professionalism, empathy, ethics, job security, top of the line compensation, regard for experienced/ veterans. No late hours work. Extra work compensation. At least one day off in a week. Drivers for the people travelling out of cities frequently. Interest free loans. Respect of experience.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Attitude & Behaviour needs to be changed how they treat people. No job threats must be allowed. We should be working six days a week. We should be able to travel back to our homes every week to see parents & family. Relocations must be compensated financially. Where's our LY bonus?
Every day we work to make the world a little better. It’s been our goal – and part of our business – for over a hundred years. We’re on a global mission to do good. To make our environmental footprint smaller, to better support our employees and partners, and to help local communities thrive. And when you scrub, brush, lick or slurp one of our products, you help do some good by supporting one of our many causes. Then, imagine millions of people across the globe licking, slurping, brushing and scrubbing. That good adds up, making a pretty big impact! There’s still lots to do, but together, we can create a better business, a better world and a better you.
On any given day, two billion people use Unilever products to look good, feel good and get more out of life. We believe that as a business we have a responsibility to our consumers and to the communities in which we have a presence. Around the world we invest in local economies and develop people’s skills inside and outside of Unilever. And through our business and brands, we run a range of programmes to promote hygiene, nutrition, empowerment and environmental awareness.
Unilever has a simple but clear purpose - to make sustainable living commonplace. We believe this is the best long-term way for our business to grow.
