Unilever Claimed Company
Every day we work to make the world a little better. It’s been our goal – and part of our business – for over a hundred years. We’re on a global mission to do good. To make our environmental footprint smaller, to better support our employees and partners, and to help local communities thrive. And when you scrub, brush, lick or slurp one of our products, you help do some good by supporting one of our many causes. Then, imagine millions of people across the globe licking, slurping, brushing and scrubbing. That good adds up, making a pretty big impact! There’s still lots to do, but together, we can create a better business, a better world and a better you. read more

Unilever Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Salary Benefits and many more which unilever giving us

Take home salary and saving options

It provides all the required compensations

I get a lot of money

Not the base salary but all the rest

Fare shares compensation based on performance

Very completive salary and managers are on your side in pay discussions.

Competitive. Bonus in April is an encouraging one.

bonus is properly linked to performance

Salary Bonus company car. Workplace

Monetary compensation to allow for competitive growth in industry

Monthly bonus and company store

the salary I receive from

Compensation package is ok but basic salary might.

Insurance, Salary, and outpatient and dental program

Transportation is well planned and set up

Car allowance, pension scheme and health insurance

Our compensation has always, at the minimum, kept in step with inflation. That's been the case in my seven years. We have health insurance with the option of an HSA, and that can ease the financial burden, and thus personal stress, in both unexpected situations AND expecting situations. :)

Review from Operations Dept

i have great medical coverage

Review from Product Dept

You don't have to be a director to get a stock benefit. You can be at the manager level and Unilever offers a buy 3 get 1 share program.

Review from Sales Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

They need to do real benchmarking.

Most importantly I feel taken advantage of due to the fact I run every machine in my department but my supervisor and team lead refuse to validate me to get me my raises that are posted on the wall next to hr. If this continues I will be making a move to another place to work.

Faster promotions and encouragement from Leadership

the job evaluation should be updated and benchmarked with market frequently to review and renew to keep talent

More help on the job. Not cutting the teams done,

promotion and bonuses when we have a successful project

Higher salary given the work experience and complexity of portfolio managed

Low as compared to industry standard. But beyond they failed to appreciate the contribution

I don't know how and why my salary can grow.

Pay as per market for the kind of role I operate in

Because i never received the simple words "good job"

Not fair promotions, very race incentives. They are not pro-people.

Review from Operations Dept

There is very much a caste system at this organization. Perhaps a throwback to its European roots.

I make over $30k less than my male counterparts. We have similar levels of experience, but I have more education.

Awfully undervalued. Salary is half what I could get elsewhere. Everyone knows that Unilever just doesn't pay well. Hence why it isn't - at all - popular in postgrads & talents

Review from Operations Dept

We recently received a 0% bonus and one person is doing the work of three or four.

Review from Product Dept

It definitely Could be better

Review from Operations Dept
