Unilever Claimed Company
Every day we work to make the world a little better. It’s been our goal – and part of our business – for over a hundred years. We’re on a global mission to do good. To make our environmental footprint smaller, to better support our employees and partners, and to help local communities thrive. And when you scrub, brush, lick or slurp one of our products, you help do some good by supporting one of our many causes. Then, imagine millions of people across the globe licking, slurping, brushing and scrubbing. That good adds up, making a pretty big impact! There’s still lots to do, but together, we can create a better business, a better world and a better you. read more

Unilever Environment Employee Reviews

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

More of keeping ahead so all can be stress free. We all hace access to company emails so that we can be inform just as well as the leadership teams.

There are always projects, new initiatives, thats where the money goes.

Innovation, thinking ahead of time

Please do not work there

My supervisor Tommy Lancaster, he is fairly new but he puts off a vibe as if he cares about the employees . He advocates safety first then quality and attainment. He is also working with me on getting the validations I need for my raises due to the fact I operate all the different machines.

Although we normally work longer hours than 8. We're happy with the support culture.

Trust. Transparency. All strong. Ok

Huge level of understanding and empathy

Individuals are celebrated to allow for collective success

If you do your job everybody is happy. ;-)

any religion person is equal here ?

Review from Marketing Dept

People are treated with respect

Other entry levels are kind, most get along together. It's the barrier & discrimination between different position levels that's disgusting

Review from Operations Dept

everyones supportive cultures is the best

It's safe to be ourselves.

Nice team spirit. Extremely slow drive toward innovation and obsolete technologies making a lot of day to day activities a hassle. Global is disconnected from local making the solution irrelevant most of the time

Review from Operations Dept

Focus on sustainability, integrity, do always the right thing, even if it is not in the company short term interest

they like to be ready and plan ahead while having hope and a positive attitude

Review from Operations Dept

The most positive aspect of the culture and work environment is when you have an issue, work or outside-related, we've been told and we've been reminded that channels exist for all matters. Don't shy from speaking up about operations. Try to take action. Nip it in the bud, and don't stir the pot.

Review from Operations Dept

Healthy environment and welcoming environment

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Professionalism, empathy, ethics, job security, top of the line compensation, regard for experienced/ veterans. No late hours work. Extra work compensation. At least one day off in a week. Drivers for the people travelling out of cities frequently. Interest free loans. Respect of experience.

Review from Sales Dept

Make sure everyone is doing their jobs.

Jobs for the boys, Face fitting.

Better communication from management, better transparency from HR in job feedback. Less politics is imperative - otherwise the company will continue to stagnate and move slowly. More recognition for hard work. More honesty from leadership in why key decisions have been made

Review from Marketing Dept

Speed of decision making and use competent leader who has backbone and courage to fights for belief and not just follow orders from the top. Unilever need move out food if they can't do it well focus on HPC

Respect the workers code of the country and pay the extra hours

Good lord, it's tough to turn a battleship. More local organization autonomy, less wokeness, fewer consultants (hire competent management that has confidence in its decision making.

Management, Better Benefits, Loyalty, Communication

Review from Product Dept
