My supervisor Tommy Lancaster, he is fairly new but he puts off a vibe as if he cares about the employees . He advocates safety first then quality and attainment. He is also working with me on getting the validations I need for my raises due to the fact I operate all the different machines.
For early careers it take time
The impression is that it's a 'FIXED MATCH' as 90% of the appointments and promotions are made on the basis of favortism or the paper profile without assessing the real capabilities of the individuals. Director sales acts like a king whereas GM acts like a prince, role of HR is limited.
