Ms. Lysanne Gray has been Chief Auditor of Unilever NV and Unilever South Africa (Pty) Ltd. since January 2013. Ms. Gray has been Chief Auditor at Unilever PLC since January 1, 2013. Ms. Gray has significant experience of risk management, audit, business operations, acquisitions and disposals and corporate governance, gained within the food sector. She is a Chartered Accountant. Ms. Gray joined Unilever in 2000. She primarily served for PricewaterhouseCoopers where she started her career. She served a variety of roles encompassing audit, corporate finance and risk management activities both in the UK and overseas. She joined Unilever as Group Chief Accountant. Since 2003, she served as Finance Director for the UK Foods business and on the merger of HPC and Foods businesses, she served as broader Commercial Director role for the Foods business. Since 2007, she served as the Global Vice President responsible for both Performance and Information Management. Since 2010, She served as Chief Financial Officer of global foodservice business based in the Netherlands. She has been a Non Executive Director at Genus plc since April 1, 2016. Ms. Gray is a chartered accountant with a chemistry degree from Southampton University.
