Attitude & Behaviour needs to be changed how they treat people. No job threats must be allowed. We should be working six days a week. We should be able to travel back to our homes every week to see parents & family. Relocations must be compensated financially. Where's our LY bonus?

To foster inclusive culture in LT
Training is number 1 aspect leadership fails at. I get stuck training people on the regular and I don't like it. I don't get any sort of compensation for training people nor do I even like training people. I don't like the fact people who under perform or simply do not care have no accountability
Training new workers properly needs to be assessed
Understand the job and there teams needs to do the job
They need to do real benchmarking.
Most importantly I feel taken advantage of due to the fact I run every machine in my department but my supervisor and team lead refuse to validate me to get me my raises that are posted on the wall next to hr. If this continues I will be making a move to another place to work.
Faster promotions and encouragement from Leadership
the job evaluation should be updated and benchmarked with market frequently to review and renew to keep talent
More help on the job. Not cutting the teams done,
My coworkers are there to socialize and get a check. I get told constantly that is not part of my job or I don't get paid anymore if we hit attainment or not. Unilever in Covington basically hires anyone who can pass a drug test. There are exceptions but they far few in between.
Improve Communication Skill And Striving To Meet Deadlines
Everyone's just exhausted, undervalued & underpaid to even think about working at the best interest of the company
Review from Operations Dept
Company stopped hiring/promoting top tier talent 25 years ago and as a result there are far too many people over their heads. At least in North America. people need to turn their electronics off occasionally!
Co- Workers feels the leadership here is garbage....like politicians they are liars as well
Review from Product Dept
Professionalism, empathy, ethics, job security, top of the line compensation, regard for experienced/ veterans. No late hours work. Extra work compensation. At least one day off in a week. Drivers for the people travelling out of cities frequently. Interest free loans. Respect of experience.

Make sure everyone is doing their jobs.
Jobs for the boys, Face fitting.
Better communication from management, better transparency from HR in job feedback. Less politics is imperative - otherwise the company will continue to stagnate and move slowly. More recognition for hard work. More honesty from leadership in why key decisions have been made
Review from Marketing Dept
Speed of decision making and use competent leader who has backbone and courage to fights for belief and not just follow orders from the top. Unilever need move out food if they can't do it well focus on HPC
Maybe i am not smart enough
You cannot improve from the bottom.
it needs to focus on talent rather than lobbying and nepotism
Review from Product Dept
Everything mentioned before. The main issue is putting managers into roles they are not qualified for.
Review from Marketing Dept
Slow in decision making, poor food innovation. Apart from ice cream the savoury foods is boring. They bought plant base company yet slow to roll out and put novice managing it
Company values are not really being upheld anymore inside the company. They just care about profits
Review from Operations Dept
Too slow, too woke, too administrative top heavy.
Soul crushing processes, terrible compensation, awful digital tools & services. The simplest tasks takes hours of grunting work, the tools offered both for KPI etc are from the Middle Ages. Miles behind competitors. Company is still heavily perfused on excel spreadsheets and human-made / non data
Review from Operations Dept
Culture, Attitude towards employees, work life balance - Need to do a lot
