Overall experience has been neutral. Company goals are not often clear. Company meetings are consistently changed not enough shared about what our initiatives should be and how that is cascaded down to individual teams. However, I feel like I make a positive impact which is satisfying.

Not enough communication accross teams. More engineering resources distributed fairly. Eliminate product management team and increase engineering.

Compensation is not at par with market or ither tech companies. Increase compensation as well as provide stipend benefits (wifi allowance, quarterly office supplies, etc).

The new CEO has brought a positive energy making individuals feel like people vs unknown machines. He is creating a warm and friendly culture with empathy and care

Leadership is on mission which has helped the company go public and rise however there is so much work that needs to be done internally as confidence in leadership is low.

It is exciting to be part of a dynamic company especially during this unprecedented time however we are all working extremely hard in silos and many initiatives that involve other teams are not communicated effectively which creates a lot of set backs.

Extremely hard working. Always strives to keep up with company initiatives despite being the last to know. Each individual takes pride in their work and are pleasant to be around. The virtual experience has made our team stronger with team building actives and extra syncs.

Compensation is not at market. Other companies are paying 20% or more. Attrition is likely. Benefits are subpar. 401K should be matched. The stock conversion was done poorly and the company did not do justice to its employees without offering flexibility to its tax liabilities.
