NSP is my home away from home. I've loved my job, made many friends here, and I'm happy to do what I can to help NSP succeed. I've seen many changes through the years and I know that Nature's Sunshine will succeed far into the future, with the Quality, Service, Integrity that sets us apart.

When I'm able to get the work done. It's ever changing and never really completely done, but when I've accomplished a good portion of it, it makes me happy.

The company invests so much into each employee, beyond their base pay. The employees pay a small portion and the rest is paid through NSP, as far as Benefits, Paid time off, Life Insurance, 401k, etc.

I appreciate the recognition and confidence in what I do, as shown in the level of compensation that I currently receive. I feel that they have a commitment to fairness and staying within the market range.

I work with the employees. I'm able to get to know them, talk to them, help them and do my best to be a good place to start, in answering their questions or concerns. NSP is a positive company, focused on helping people.

My Team works hard to make decisions that are the best for all involved. Showing that we care is what's important, not just talking about it. Being helpful and doing all we can to help make this a safe and confortable workplace is very important.

I am very impressed with how Everyone is important in every job, in every department. Everyone's suggestions are heard, and questions are answered, no matter how small. If you want to know about how the job is done, you ask the one who is doing the job, not only their management.
