The best part is the base pay.
I like the tuition reimbursement policy.
Base salary is the best part.
The flexibility for work/life balance.
My manager is flexible and understanding. My director is supportive.
They are able to provide clear explanation to their decisions.
I'm still assessing the company culture as I am relatively new.
I like the positive interactions with my team and the casual environment.
My manager is attentive to my needs even when he's clearly overworked.
It's a small team so we support each other to succeed (or survive).
Our team is close and will go above and beyond to assist teammates.
Being able to contribute to helping customers solve problems and growing in my role.
I am happy at my ability to make a difference and not being an invisible member of the team.
