
Transparency and support from upper management.
The peers at my level are all very supportive and encouraging.
Everyone is genuine and you can feel that they care about others. (Minus some sales employees).
To be productive, make customers happy, make co workers happy, and always be learning new things.
In my division specifically, I appreciate the values that are held: transparency, accountability, and an open door policy.
That I get the chance to make a change in the company for the better, every day. Also being supported with my ideas in making customers happier.
Large focus on sales, sales team, & glorifying rewards for them is a shame. Many other teams work long hard hours doing the hands on work that come out of the sales, yet those employees & their needs/requests are disregarded constantly. Bluntly, the support and service teams deserve so much more.
I'm well underpaid for my role and the amount of time and energy I give to Anritsu as a whole. I'd feel more appreciated if I were compensated fairly and bonuses were given when going above and beyond. I'd also like to see all divisions encouraged and treated as much as the sales team is.
