Being in Morgan Hill is a benefit compared to long commutes further north. We have busy days and days where time permits you to accomplish other tasks. If you manage your time well and help others the day will be enjoyable.

They do try to make you happy.

I feel that pay can increase a bit or be more competitive.

There are people in place to make sure the job will get done.

My leadership asks the correct questions and trusts us to do the job right.

I like the fact that by boss knows what to do and can teach you in more ways than just a process.

I am the happiest, when my boss and management see something good, we have done as a team through feedback from customer.

HR has great people who can help you. You get what you put in to this place. Good attitude will get good results.

Too many people leave to get more money. I think being able to work from home for those who can would offset the lower pay.

My direct leader knows what they are doing and can guide me if needed. They also allow me the space to do my job which is nice.

My co workers have a role and want to do well in that role. The people I have to work with know what they are talking about and can teach if needed.

They attempt to build relationships outside of work. It is hard to get everyone on the same page, but most of us will attempt to help and make the work day better for one another.

New ERP system needs to be postponed until ready. I think we are rushing it and it will be a mess. Also, it feels like every December something big in being put in place and the workers cannot enjoy the holiday.
