
Leadership team need to actually listen to the issues employees need resolved. We suffer from favoritism in my department. Certain people have their problems listened to and even acted on when others just get ignored. It seems like the non favorites always get targeted for things everyone does.
I believe I am personally underpaid for all the work I do. Many people have been leaving over the past couple years and instead of hiring more people or even promoting the existing employees we are just responsible for the left over work with no extra incentives.
The main thing that is going wrong is management does not practice what they preach. One employee should not be able to bring down the entire morale of my department but that is exactly what is happening. Nothing is being done to resolve whatever issue this person seems to have.
