Communication. the people in the trenches like us are who make their salary. They need to spend some time actually doing the work they expect us to get done in a day. maybe then there would be adequate compensation for everything we are asked to do

Leadership team need to actually listen to the issues employees need resolved. We suffer from favoritism in my department. Certain people have their problems listened to and even acted on when others just get ignored. It seems like the non favorites always get targeted for things everyone does.
