Outsourcing customer service to people who don't speak English as one Management's too worried about themselves and doesn't care about listening to their team High turnover rate

It must be totally redone as patient-focused not profit focused

We deal with the elderly and the sick. They do not want to speak to someone that barely speaks English. Get rid of outsourcing

They need to make all of the order processing orders apply to all of the employees all of the time. The current order analysis process is just spotty micro management.
The main thing that is going wrong is management does not practice what they preach. One employee should not be able to bring down the entire morale of my department but that is exactly what is happening. Nothing is being done to resolve whatever issue this person seems to have.
