The communication is impressive for such a large organization. You can also feel the sincerity when a patient or employee are dealing with a difficult situation. Aveanna is a very caring organization.

Doing my part to bring support to our clinicians and caregivers. Our patients must have a team that has all the tools necessary to make their lives better, and I being part of a team that supports that.

From the beginning, it was like being brought under someone's wing and then allowed to proceed under my own direction, knowing that there was always a backup resource to ask regarding doing things correctly, if things could be improved upon, and a general "we can figure it out" attitude.
