
The company needs to communicate more as a culture. The culture of micromanagement is also distructive.
My immediate team members are good people. Work hard and like to laugh. We all are willing to help each other when needed.
The benefits package is antiquated. I see they are trying to make it better though. They offer 2 weeks vacation for all new non-VP associates regardless of position vs four weeks in other companies.
They are out of touch of what people are really doing to make the company run. There is a lot of waste since time and resources are put into place to automate the manual processes that are in place for 15+ years ago.
