Demeaning at best, with a 99% first call resolution rate, I was told there was still room for improvement.
Very slow when responding to competitive threats and other challenges that introduce themselves into the mix from time to time. REACTIVE is the word that always seemed to fit the mold when searching for the proper term/terms to accurately depict what our "Emergency Response" protocol looked like.
Every day is more of challange.
