Leadership change is needed to move the company forward. Over the past 5 years moral and culture has declined. Primarily because of the lack of ethics in top leadership.
Listen to your front line employees and stop trying to squeeze them dry.
The executives are tightening the belt on the management of the front lines, pushing for unreasonable performance expectations and crippling the ability to attract qualified employees with our comical base pay.
