Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Compensation Reviews

Very undervalued for the work we perform and the amount of money this company makes.

We're expecting to do more and more and when other departments are disbanding the work load goes to another department thats already struggling, so they are expected to do more with no change in pay

Stock options or yearly bonuses.

Not a livable wage to live on

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Outlook Reviews

Start from the top and rebuild the entire culture of the company from the very top all the way down to the field workers. Establish REAL & AUTHENTIC relationships with your lower-level employees instead of exhaustingly force feeding "the idea" (trying to be forced) onto assoc. with words and no act

Leadership change is needed to move the company forward. Over the past 5 years moral and culture has declined. Primarily because of the lack of ethics in top leadership.

Listen to your front line employees and stop trying to squeeze them dry.

The executives are tightening the belt on the management of the front lines, pushing for unreasonable performance expectations and crippling the ability to attract qualified employees with our comical base pay.
