This company has given me severe anxiety.
Overall, Cable One is a great company to work for. Are they perfect? No. But no one is. There is definitely room for improvement in a lot of areas but we all have room to learn and grow.
No transparency. Executives only care about themselves. They put on a show, but while their salaries are high (and growing), the people doing the work continue to struggle with low wages.
