Establish REAL & AUTHENTIC relationships with your lower-level employees instead of exhaustingly force feeding "the idea" (trying to be forced) onto assoc. with words and no act

Leadership change is needed to move the company forward. Over the past 5 years moral and culture has declined. Primarily because of the lack of ethics in top leadership.
